 Are you ready to develop a more diverse leadership pipeline? One of the most effective ways to ensure that diverse women leaders rise within the organization is by providing them with targeted coaching and support. The Rise & Thrive Coaching Program does exactly that. Offered one-on-one or in cohorts of 10–12 participants, the program equips women to strengthen their strategic thinking, negotiate effectively, manage conflict constructively, and navigate complex organizational dynamics while building strong internal networks of support. For organizations, this translates into stronger retention, higher engagement, and a more inclusive leadership pipeline that reflects the diversity of today’s workforce.

IINFLUENCE WITHOUT AUTHORITY

Women often need to navigate complex organizational dynamics without formal authority. This workshop equips participants with the tools to influence decisions, get heard, and gain support from colleagues and leaders. Through role plays and practical frameworks, they build confidence in advancing their goals while strengthening collaboration.
NETWORKING & PERSONAL BRANDING
 Career growth depends on being visible, building allies, and communicating successes and strengths effectively. This workshop helps women develop authentic personal branding and networking skills to build relationships that open doors to opportunities, sponsorship, and advancement.
NAVIGATE CONFLICT WITH CONFIDENCE

Conflict is inevitable, but how we navigate it shapes team trust and performance. This workshop uses the Thomas-Kilmann Instrument (TKI) framework to help women understand their conflict styles, adapt to situations, and handle disagreements with confidence and respect.

This self-paced e-learning module introduces the core principles of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) in the workplace. Learners explore key concepts such as diversity, equity, inclusion, power, privilege, intersectionality, microaggressions, and unconscious bias.
INCLUSIVE
LEADERSHIP

This focused e-learning module introduces essential inclusive leadership behaviours and best practices for creating inclusive team environments. Through real-world examples, participants will learn to lead with curiosity, show courage in action, and practice empathy across differences.
MICROAGGRESSIONS IN THE WORKPLACE
This essential e-learning module explores how microaggressions are rooted in systems of oppression. Participants will learn to identify the different types of microaggressions that can happen at work, including microassaults, microinsults, and microinvalidations across verbal, behavioural, and environmental contexts.Â

INTELLIGENCE

This comprehensive training module develops Cultural Intelligence - the ability to effectively work and communicate across diverse cultural environments. Participants will explore key cultural dimensions including individualism vs. collectivism, power distance, and time orientation, while learning to recognize how cultural values shape workplace behaviours and communication styles.
