Rise & Thrive Coaching Program
 Are you ready to develop a more diverse leadership pipeline? One of the most effective ways to ensure that diverse women leaders rise within the organization is by providing them with targeted coaching and support. The Rise & Thrive Coaching Program does exactly that. Offered one-on-one or in cohorts of 10–12 participants, the program equips women to strengthen their strategic thinking, negotiate effectively, manage conflict constructively, and navigate complex organizational dynamics while building strong internal networks of support.
